Sabre Engagement & Performance Specialist in Dallas, Texas

The Team Member Engagement & Performance Specialist will be responsible for processes, tools, initiatives and programs that ensure a seamless and positive team member journey at Sabre to engage the workforce, transform our culture, and drive organizational performance. This role will report into the Sr Director Talent Management based out of our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas (hybrid, in office 3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Support a wide variety of initiatives and programs to support team member engagement, drive adoption of team member tools and programs through enablement and self-service, and drive organizational performance. Team member consumability of these items is imperative and we work with the intended outcome in mind first.

  • Assess, develop, and deploy content and tools to drive effectiveness and performance for Sabre’s hybrid workforce (Ways We Work).

  • Create and manage initiatives that actively address needs identified in Sabre’s Engagement Survey and/or other institutional measuring tools/surveys.

  • Research and leverage best practices from across the industry around engagement, self-service, enablement and organizational performance.

  • Responsible for contributing to content for new employee orientation sessions related to talent and engagement opportunities.

  • Partner with Workforce Planning Data & Analytics to analyze data and develop key insights for metrics related to the organizational performance and engagement.

  • Partner with Inclusion and Diversity leader, Employee Resource Groups and Global Site councils to best leverage all people/groups to make Sabre an even higher performing organization and better place to work.

  • Identify and leverage the right channels, content, programs and tailored messaging to enable and engage in meaningful, appropriate ways.

  • Partners closely with internal communications team to amplify awareness of talent, engagement, cultural, enablement or performance initiatives and programs through holistic communications campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum 4-8 years of relevant work experience.

  • Project or program management

  • Consultative mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and advise on best practices.

  • Strong business acumen, natural curiosity and ability to learn different business units.

  • Exceptional partnership, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across levels and diverse cultures.

  • Adaptable and creative – our HR team is one of a kind.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage various projects.

  • Positive attitude and flexible mindset.

  • Exposure to Workday is a plus.
