US Tech Solutions Drone Operator/Pilot (Part 107 Certified) in Dallas, Texas
Job Description:
- The client provides an on-demand drone delivery service in several countries. In-order-to provide this service, client operates a 14 CFR Part 135 Air Carrier which is staffed with direct employees and vendor service providers.
Responsibilities:
Directly support the client Regional Site Lead by performing the following functions.
Work with Regional Site Lead, Chief Pilot, and Director of Operations to determine required staffing levels for daily and weekly Ground Crew schedules.
Provide daily and weekly staffing requirements approved by Regional Site Lead, Chief Pilot, and Director of Operations to vendor team leads.
Support hand-off of new site from launch team to line operations.
Respond on short notice to emergent aircraft, nest facility, or equipment issues which may prevent operations.
Support aircraft, nest facility, and nest equipment readiness for operations prior to launch and on a routine basis.
Respond to emergent operational conflicts including obstacle verification and supporting aircraft recovery.
Develop ground crew schedule plans for Regional Site lead approval.
Experience (Mandatory):
Possess a current driver's license.
Possess a valid 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Does not need to be current but must not have been suspended or revoked).
Successfully complete required company provided training for Ground Support and Visual Observer roles for company's Part 135 Operations
Participate in periodic company provided training to maintain relevant skills and knowledge.
Participate in Vendor's FAA drug and alcohol screening program.

- Project Management experience.
