Position: Corporate Applications Oracle Systems Manager in Dallas, TX.
Duties:
Lead support of all Oracle modules, with primary focus on Performance Management, Core HR, Onboarding, and Integrations, and provide secondary support for Workforce Compensation and Absence modules as needed.
Develop solutions to leverage Oracle HCM applications functionality.
Guide the technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle Applications.
Be responsible for developing and maintaining functional and system documentation for Oracle HCM.
Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the business the best solutions for their needs.
Test and implement Oracle Cloud Quarterly/Monthly patches.
Actively participate in various projects and initiatives as identified, aiming to improve and/or expand the utilization of the Oracle HCM product suite.
Telecommuting permitted within MSA.
Requires a Bachelor's Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management. Requires 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Information Systems (Oracle HCM), and Computer Engineering.
Requires 5 years of experience with each of the following skills:
Configure the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application to support various Human Resources functions including capturing and managing employee personal and organization data, talent management, salary and bonus compensation, onboarding, offboarding and absence management.
Coordinate and Setup Oracle for various cyclic activities throughout the year including performance and compensation cycles and different organizational changes like re-orgs and acquisition and mergers.
Conduct requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, training and deployment of setups and code using Agile methodology.
As the scrum master, use Azure DevOps to document and plan for Oracle system and process enhancements.
Develop SQL based Reports for operations, management and compliance reporting and use Oracle HCM Extracts and APIs to send data to downstream applications.
40 hours per week.
