Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Chauffeur in Dallas, Texas. The role involves providing transportation services, maintaining our fleet of vehicles, and assisting with office services. This position is an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth ground transportation for our team and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient transportation for team members, clients, and guests as needed

• Keep our fleet vehicles in excellent condition, appearance, and cleanliness

• Take responsibility for maintaining up-to-date license plates, inspection stickers, toll tags, etc. on all vehicles

• Provide accurate information to the Accounting Department regarding charges on company charge accounts and credit cards

• Assist with office services tasks, including pick-ups and deliveries

• Undertake any other duties as requested to support the operations of the team

• Utilize your skills in courier services and equipment maintenance to enhance the efficiency of our operations

• Maintain a cooperative relationship with co-workers, supervisors, visitors, and guests

• Ensure a good driving record and valid Texas drivers license

• Use good eye sight and hand-eye coordination to safely drive various types of vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of detail oriented chauffeur experience

• Proficiency in courier services

• Familiarity with fleet vehicle operations

• Ability to maintain and perform minor repairs on vehicles

• Knowledge of ground transportation systems and routes

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Good physical health and stamina

• Strong knowledge of local area and navigation skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
