Veralto Associate Business Development Manager in Dallas, Texas

ChemTreat is immediately hiring an Associate Business Development Manager in Dallas, TX! You will be responsible for developing new business within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop key relationships with customers through the following methods: identify and engage key decision makers within potential customers, prospect and cold call generation, frequent follow up, utilize strategic questioning, and drive to root issues to identify customers’ needs.

  • Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory.

  • Each day you will travel by car independently throughout your assigned territory to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions.

  • Engage technical staff and management as needed to develop retention and growth strategies.

  • Communicate the ChemTreat value proposition to the customer base.

About You:

  • You have likely earned a four-year college degree or relevant experience

  • You are a driven, high-performing professional who enjoys talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales or related field

  • Ability to establish long-term business relationships

Must Have:

  • A valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

  • Must live in the Dallas, TX area by your start date

Industrial locations vary and may be outdoors, in boiler plants, refineries, nuclear facilities, and other similar locations where the use of hazardous chemicals, high noise levels, and manufacturing equipment are routine.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Pay is dependent upon factors including experience, skill set, and geography. The pay range for this role is $94,000 – $130,000 and may also be eligible for bonus, incentive pay, and commission.
