  • ​This job is a member of the People Analytics Team within the People Division.

  • Responsible for curating HR data and providing analytical expertise and insights to the American Human Resources (HR) Department to drive initiatives in profitability, reliability, and accountability. This job will lead and perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, develop forecast models, and drive "best practices" within HR processes.

What you'll do

  • Conceives and develops analytical models

  • Develop scorecards, drive improvement initiatives, and define and track performance metrics

  • Develop advanced forecasting models and reporting tools that empower leaders and drive decisions and strategy

  • Access, transform, integrate and manage large data sets with processing languages and business intelligence tools

  • Leverage large data sets to tell visually compelling stories and provide insights and recommendations that help the business make decisions

  • Complete other related projects, as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • 3 years of experience in People Analytics or 5 years of experience in other advanced analytics role

  • Experience using innovative thinking with a high degree of motivation and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Advanced degree in relevant field or Master's degree in Business Administration

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment

  • Ability to drive results and deliver high quality work on time

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience in advanced analytics

  • Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration

  • Ability to present thoughts and material both formally and informally
