Insight Global Early Customer Account Representative in Cypress, California
Job Description
One of the largest automotive companies in the world is looking for an Early Customer Accounts Representative to join their team in Cypress, CA. As an ECAR, responsible for making and receiving 100+ calls daily to assist customers with past-due accounts, identifying delinquency causes, and offering solutions. You will practice minimal skip tracing, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to team goals. Candidates should be punctual, maintain a positive attitude, and support a productive work environment.

Must be flexible with shift schedules (Monday through Thursday: 8am 5pm or 11am 8pm, Friday: 8 AM 5 PM , two Saturdays per month: 8 AM 12 PM (overtime pay)) Bilingual- Spanish null
