Description

This person will lead digital content innovation & production efforts to fuel the growth of Beats Digital Commerce worldwide. Lead Digital Commerce CX planning for both Direct (beatsbydre.com) and Channel (Amazon, Target, etc.) Manage the optimization of existing digital experiences such as PDPs (product detail pages), category pages, home pages, brand stores. Lead design explorations as we look to enhance the buying experience on beatsbydre.com and apple.com to drive the D2C business. Works closely with business and strategic leads to develop content used as part of our digital test & learn program. Lead digital production efforts to support our fast paced drops program on beatsbydre.com. Works closely with Brand Project Management and cross functional teams to ensure key dates and deliverables are met for any creative work used by Digital + Channel teams, surveying WW Partner Comms needs to make sure their campaign planning is supported, and plans contingencies when they’re not. Produce and index assets supporting worldwide digital commerce. These “Built for eCommerce” assets include, but are not limited to: feature focused carousel content, enhanced/river content, videos assets, motion graphic work, brand store assets, FAQ content, category page banners, email assets (both channel & direct), merchandising product tiles, 360 degree product assets and performance display (video & static). Manage creative development of customized requests to support partner/drive activity and paid media efforts from intake through concepting and, ultimately, delivery - along with miscellaneous Apple value prop messaging (i.e., advantages of purchase direct) - maintaining specs and documentation to ensure consistency and excellency for key partners. Manage our digital content localization process to scale work globally. Schedules workback timing for projects, keeping partners abreast with any changes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience (preferably on an international business with localization needs)

  • Understanding of digital commerce CX best practices, both from a UI & UX perspective

  • Creative, digital and production experience essential

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,400 and $202,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
