Copeland Master Scheduler in Cudahy, Wisconsin

If you are a Manufacturing & Operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Your strategic planning and scheduling experience will drive continuity from customer order to customer shipment. Based in our Cudahy, WI location, our Master Scheduler manages production schedules of OEM and aftermarket parts sales, and ensures adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance objectives.

AS A MASTER SCHEDULER, YOU WILL :

  • Develop schedules that include resource loading and represent critical relationships between projects

  • Analyze projects, develop reports, facilitate communication, and provide feedback on project performance

  • Identify resource constraints and work with the PMO team to develop recovery plans

  • Facilitate weekly project update meetings with a cross-functional team of project managers, planners, and engineers

  • Work closely with the planning and purchasing team to update and maintain project activities

  • Identify opportunities to pull-in, push-out or adjust project activities to keep the projects critical path on-time

  • Maintain project notes and help identify root causes to production delays

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelors Degree and five (5+) years of experience in planning, supply chain, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle, SAP preferred

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

  • 2+ years of planning experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • CPIM Certification

  • Project Management Certification

  • Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)

Schedule

The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.
