You Will Be Part of Growing Team
We're hiring for a Key Project Manager for Feed, Food and Bioenergy chains, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Your Challenge:
Conduct thorough analyses of diverse market segments (feed, food and bioenergy chains), assess the competitive dynamics to discern market trends, identify threats and unearth new business prospects.
Operate as the point of contact for identified business partners and effectively address their needs.
Set clear collaboration targets that include sales to and growth opportunities with the business partners. Identify room to grow with the existing and new products.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align expectations, receive feedbacks, executing the activities and improve the business partners' experience.
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with business partners through the implementation of a commercial and a technical collaboration based on specific projects/launches with the business partners. Commercial collaboration terms are defined with the Sales leadership.
Collaborate and interact with the marketing team and the sales force on the territory (dealing with the same account) to ensure strategic alignment of projects.
Involve all the needed stakeholders, manage the available resources and monitor the planned activities.
Manage data generated within the projects for preparing reports, presentations, articles, joint communications, etc.
Forecast and tracks customer account plans.
Location: Office in Cremona, activity across Italy

Qualifications
Critical Skills:
University Degree - agricultural area, agronomy, animal science or bioenergy.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with key accounts in the AG industry.
Good knowledge of agricultural practices.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with growers, influencers and dealers.
Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders (technical / academic, officials, etc)
Ability to assimilate large amounts of technical information and to condense it into useable and understandable form.
Strongly results oriented.
Excellent team player
Fluent English
Availability to frequent travels within Italy
