Utilize parts data bases. Research back-orders. Research customer credit status. Requirements: Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with product line. Customer service skills. Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to learn new systems. Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
