Our client Covington Ga, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. ]. The ideal candidate will have pneumatics skills ability to repair conveyor belts and HVAC, and plumbing skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 23.00
What’s the Jobs? Repairing Conveyor Belts
Perform the repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various components of the physical structure of the buildings
Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, furniture and controllers.
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems.
Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings.
What's Needed: Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics 3-5 years of experience as facility tech.
Ability to repair conveyor belts
Knowledge of how pneumatics and hydraulics works
Knowledge of painting
Knowledge of plumbing and Electrical
Ability to use hands tools and follow oral and written instructions, also read diagrams.
