Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Manager, Sterilization (Multiple Positions)

Support business process improvement initiatives, operations, and Change of Win (CTW) program. Assist in strategic planning, project execution, and lean manufacturing efforts. Optimize sterilization processes through redesign and automation. Contribute to the development of a 5-year strategic plan and change to win pipeline. Actively engage in initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Facilitate strategic problem-solving activities and root cause analysis. Conduct data analysis to create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking dashboards. Create and maintain a sterilization capacity model for short- and long-term resource planning. Share best practices among various locations. Foster culture of continuous improvement.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

:

Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience working in manufacturing environment.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Leading programs or projects in medical device industry;
• Participating in strategic problem-solving sessions and Kaizen events;
• Applying Lean and Lean Six Sigma tools in manufacturing;
• Working with ERP systems, including JDE, SAP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support manufacturing operations; and
• Deploying process improvement or change of management efforts.

5% domestic travel required.

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
