Marketing Manager, Media (Americas)
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Marketing Manager at Dickies looks a little like this.
As the Media Marketing Manager at Dickies, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our media strategy across the North American region. In this role you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through innovative media campaigns. You will manage the brand’s paid media agency and collaborate closely with the AMER regional marketing and ecomm teams to ensure media initiatives align with overall business goals. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, AMER.

Media Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across various digital channels and traditional media to drive awareness, sales, and engagement in the north American market.
Campaign Execution: Manage the creation of engaging content for various digital platforms (social media, web) including segmentation and consumer targeting strategy. Author briefs, manage agencies, and direct project plans to deliver campaigns.
Work Cross-Functionally: This role will also work cross-departmentally with Global Marketing and the Commercial leads to ensure regional digital plans and actions are aligned with our global strategy, goals and objectives.
Brand performance monitoring: Tracking key brand metrics like brand awareness, customer perception, and market share to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for improvement. Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on performance metrics and ROI.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends in the workwear apparel industry and leverage insights to inform marketing decisions.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget allocated to performance and brand media.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and conversion.
Experience working on both the awareness and performance sides of paid media planning and execution.
Strong understanding of AMER marketplace, including differences across diverse channels of distribution with a deep understanding of consumer needs, preferences, consumption and online behavior.
Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (IE: Google Analytics, Power BI).
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong cross functional collaboration skills required.
Knowledge of or experience working in apparel, specifically the workwear sector preferred.
5+ years in media buying and management.

Hiring Range :
$90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
