CRM Coordinator
What will you do?
A day in the life of a CRM Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty +Retention, the CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing a company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role will consistently partner with cross functional teams across DTC, Marketing and Operations.

Manage CRM Systems to ensure customer data is accurately maintained, updated, and utilized effectively across sales, marketing, and customer service departments
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure the CRM system supports all aspects of the company
Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including email and SMS marketing
Monitor and track key performance indicators, providing analyses of CRM campaigns and trends
Partner with external vendors in support of CRM data and platforms
Provide recommendations on future activations based on CRM data analytics
Work closely with internal departments to understand business objectives and support CRM-related projects
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2-3 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
2-3 years of experience in CRM management or a related field
Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer service practice
Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Hiring Range :
$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
