What will you do?

A day in the life of a Brand Recruiter at VF looks a little like this.

The Brand Recruiter at VF is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruiting support across VF brands including The North Face, Vans, Timberland and Dickies, for the product function. The Brand Recruiter will provide an exceptional level of talent acquisition partnership to hiring managers and leaders, influence the hiring process and educate hiring managers on market data and talent availability. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Global Brands and supports the broader Americas Talent Acquisition team.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Manage a full requisition workload across brands from individual contributor up to Director-level using VF’s talent selection process.

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and function leaders.

  • Build deep knowledge of brand functions, market and talent and ensure candidate pipelines are strong. Maintain strong knowledge of competitors and market.

  • Educate hiring managers and interview teams on the Global Talent Selection Process and maintain accountability for following established procedures.

  • Ensure highly positive candidate experience for all candidates.

  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to comply with established processes and ensure accurate and timely tracking of candidate information.

  • Meet or exceed team metrics and performance standards, driving operational excellence.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Experience recruiting, including proven experience managing recruiting processes through the utilization of an ATS.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a portfolio of job postings.

  • Experience recruiting in the apparel, fashion, consumer goods and/or retail space.

  • Experience using LinkedIn for networking, recruiting, market insights, etc.

  • Strong decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to evaluate departmental operations to determine team needs.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Experience recruiting for marketing and eCommerce function in fashion/apparel

  • Experience using Workday ATS.

Hiring Range :

$67,200.00 USD - $84,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
