Minimum Qualifications Three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents; and Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures. Additional Required Qualifications Strong communication skills to deal with diverse individuals (advisors, program Heads and directors, faculty, staff, and students). Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; problem solving, flexibility, and the ability to work and make decisions independently. Excellent computer skills including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and MS Outlook. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Position Duties 90% ' Graduate Program Administration: Serves as the primary contact person for the Forestry Ecosystems and Society (FES) Master of Science (MS), Master of Forestry (MF) and PhD Graduate programs. Maintain positive and proactive relationships with faculty, staff, and students within the Department and College.
