Admissions Representative 

Role Summary 

Our client is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their rapidly growing team. The Admissions Representative provides customer service and information to prospective students interested in pursuing career education and training. This position is responsible for conducting telephone calls with individuals who have inquired about campus programs of study, meeting with prospective students, answering questions, hosting campus tours, conducting interviews, facilitating student enrollments, and participating in new-student orientation. The Admissions Representative will routinely communicate with students throughout their educational experience.  

Key Results Area 

  • Share information with prospective students within the framework of the company's Code of Conduct and state and federal accreditation guidelines   

  • Schedule campus visits for prospective students, conduct campus tours, and facilitate registrations   

  • Follow-up with new students ensuring their positive transition to being an active student 

  • Contribute to team initiatives and outcomes by collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers   

  • Build Rapport and reinforce student's expectations and commitment 

  • Attend campus events and outside events 

  • Work well in a team environment 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Associate degree in a related area; Candidates with Military recruitment, high-volume recruiting, and call center experience (dialer, AUX, adherence) are encouraged to apply 

  • A track record of being successful in high-volume customer service setting   

  • Experience with CampusVue and Lead Square software 

  • Strong computer software skills, including Google, Microsoft Word, and Excel, in addition to industry-related software applications 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, especially when presenting to large groups 

  • Ability to implement coaching training  

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills 

  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
