Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing analytical support to senior leaders in Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC). You will conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to identify, evaluate, and compare potential solutions or alternatives to a problem or opportunity. You will analyze NSW capabilities to inform force design and development, identifies key variables, and develops resource allocation and risk management strategies. You will be responsible for the systematic assessment of a program's performance, effectiveness, and overall impact to determine whether it achieves its intended goals, objectives, and outcomes. You will analyze resource gaps and opportunities to optimize resource allocation and develop viable COAs to inform leadership decision making process. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-14 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing planning, programming and budgeting strategies; providing critical analyses and advice to support strategic objectives and establish informed resourcing. GS-13 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing analytical and advisory duties to formulate, present, evaluate, coordinate, and justify programs and resource requirements. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
