Stryker Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance in Cork, Ireland
This is a permanent Hybrid role with full Stryker benefits
Will work within the Supplier Certification Team, Engineering services, responsible for quality engineering activities as applicable, including but not limited to the following:
Performing supplier certifications according to the corporate procedure
Reviewing suppliers QMS documents (e.g. Validations, Calibration procedures, Change control procedures, Risk Management, Inspection Plans etc.)
Independent Communication with suppliers.
Working according to regulations such as ISO 13485 and internal corporate or site specific procedures.
Be able to identify risks/gaps and provide solutions to correct.
Independent Reviewer as required.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science fields (level 8 Degree)
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
The interview process will be as follows:
1st interview- Talent Acquisition Partner
2nd interview- Hiring Manager of the role
Gallup- if candidates need additional support this can be considered (speak to TA Partner)
