We have partnered with leading medical device manufacturers in order to facilitate growth as a global supplier to over 100 countries, so that our technology can be used to reduce combat and civilian mortality, while providing humanitarian support with limited medical resources. * US ARMY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:* Under supervision of the Global Vice President of Sales, the US Army Business Development Manager, must be able to create, cultivate and close sales in the US Army, US Army National Guard and US Army Reserve, and any other Government Agency deemed appropriate by the Global Vice President of Sales. Accountable for results in terms of sales, cost containment, capital budgets, operating expenses, forecasting, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and employee relations. The US Army Business Development Manager must be aggressive hunter looking for opportunities to maximize company profits and their earning potential.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES * • Communicates effectively with senior management at OEI • Identify and evaluate possible US Army, US Army National Guard, and US Army Reserve opportunities for OEI products and services • Pursue, capture, and close sales in the US Army, US Army National Guard, and US Army Reserve with satisfactory terms, conditions, and financial results • Plans, organizes and manages the preparation of proposals, including cost, scheduling, and presentation to the customer • Qualifies opportunities, schedules and organizes product demonstrations for potential customers •Develops, prepares, and presents briefings to both management and customers regarding product cost, performance, technical, and contractual status • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved • Lays the foundation for future sales, programs and contracts • Participates in DOD industry tradeshows and networking events • Develop and nurture long term relationships with the US Army customer base • Meet and strives to exceed sales targets through direct sale of all OEI Healthcare products • Monitors and reports accurate sales forecast and execute a tactical sales plan •Assure adherence to company policies. GENERAL • Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures. • Performs all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards. • Maintains the security of proprietary information. • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. • Interact professionally with other employees, customers, distributors or suppliers. • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. • Performs other duties as assigned or as judgment and necessity dictate. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Education B.S/B.A. preferred Experience Military Veteran, with medical Simulation and sales experience, and a 7-year proven track record in business development or sales. Computer Skills • Word • Excel • PowerPoint • Database management Certifications and/or Licensure • EMT-P desirable • TCCC desirable PREFERENCES • US Army Veteran • Senior Enlisted SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to travel 70% • Excellent in English both oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills WORK REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to lift 50 pounds (Simulators) COMPENSATION • Salary - $75,000 - $90,000, Based on experience • Total Compensation package - $200,000 + Based on Performance
