Job Duties:

• Conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into initial sitemaps, wireframes, and application prototypes;
• Rapidly designing and delivering user journeys, wireframes and final mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, from low to high fidelity;
• Facilitating client's product visions by understanding business requirements and researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products;
• Translating fuzzy concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences;
• Designing the overall functionality of product flows and iterating upon them to ensure great user experience;
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, from low to high fidelity;
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions using Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Miro and Zeplin;
• Ensuring designs comply with A11Y requirements and developing rapid prototypes from design concepts;
• Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features;
• Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating interactive application designs;
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders; and
• Championing new ideas and methods of accomplishing stakeholder goals.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or a related digital design field and 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or a related digital design  field and 5 years of experience, in the job offered or a related role performing Web and Mobile Interface Design, and creating Style Guides, Icon Design, Motion Design, UX Prototyping, UI Design, Visual Identity,  and using Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Miro, and Zeplin.
• 3 Years of experience ensuring compliance with A11Y requirements and developing rapid prototypes from design concepts.
• 1 Year of experience prototyping, creating Low and High-Fidelity Mockups, User Flows, performing wireframing, and using Substance Stager.
