Health Advocates Network Medical Records Auditor in Coral Springs, Florida
Health Advocates Network is hiring a DME Progress Note Reviewer (2 Years Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized independent pharmacy/ DME company located in Coral Springs, FL.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Days 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 15 weeks (contract to hire)
Job Description:
Looking for a full-time Progress Note Reviewer to work in office. The Progress Note Reviewer will be responsible for reading documentation submitted by a diverse group of clinicians to ensure the documentation is clinically sufficient before claims are submitted to insurance companies for payment. Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines. Review medical information such as lab reports, provider visit notes, and prescriptions.
*Progress Note Reviewer Qualifications and Requirements: *
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have good analytical and comprehension skills
Ability to read patent records and decode
Expertise in medical terminology
Knowledge of DME Products for Diabetics - Highly preferred
Medical Assistants or Pharmacy Techs preferred
