Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for improving the functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, managing work assignments, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong history in industrial maintenance and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments.

  • Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments.

  • Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.

  • Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, and parts and labor budgets.

  • Prepare maintenance reports.

  • Identify and evaluate parts suppliers and negotiate with service companies.

  • Conduct training for all maintenance staff.

  • Supervise and mentor maintenance team.

  • Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery

  • Experience with maintenance management systems, planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, and parts management

  • Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English

  • Experience with blueprints and schematics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet/intranet

  • Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8-hour shift

  • Ability to be on call 24 hours per day

  • High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment

This role is in a non-climate controlled environment. Uniforms are provided, and steel-toed boots are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Coppell, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
