We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about driving agile program management and utilising Business Analysis skills to make transformational change a reality.

  • Drive program outcomes swiftly, acting as the catalyst for high-quality change.

  • Lead robust program governance, steering through 'scrum of scrum' meetings and facilitating crucial program steering.

  • Collaborate closely with key partners, leveraging influence and problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges head-on, freeing up engineering focus.

  • Define and align program goals with product teams and partners, ensuring clarity and focus on shared objectives.

  • Develop clear plans to support teams, meticulously handling dependencies and guiding achievement of milestones.

  • Craft a compelling narrative for the program's importance, while proactively addressing challenges and ensuring cross-functional alignment for flawless execution.

  • People leadership responsibilities – including coaching and development alongside the expectation to be close to important details of their delivery responsibilities to support and resolve issues

We're in the market for a Senior Manager - Technical Program Manager coming from a technical background to orchestrate critical and complex programs of work, where you get run it from start to finish. Our Senior Technical Programme Manager will be anchored within our Marketing & Channels Technology Team – which is our area of Digital Technology that encompasses all things retail – both B2B and B2C, where our team drives forward our major programs and enables our Engineering led Product Teams to focus on what they do best – writing phenomenal code!

  • A consistent record as a Technical Project or Program Manager, driving successful large-scale agile initiatives.

  • Provides leadership through formal and informal coaching, cultivating a dynamic and adaptable team culture.

Certifications in Agile project / program management and / or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
