Execution Planner / Demand Planner

This is a 6-month temporary position, the period may be extended.

The Role

As our new Execution Planner, you will be a part of the Nordic Supply Chain team that beside Execution Planning includes Master Data, Customer Service and Logistics Operation. You will together with your Execution Planning colleague be responsible for best-in-class execution of both basic business and new launches to support net sales and customer service level optimization by being the strong proactive link between Regional Sales & Demand Planning teams and affiliate teams (Customer Service, Commercial, Digital, Brands).

Your Key Responsibilities

More specifically, you will:

  • Owning the Execution Horizon (on short term) on multiple brands in Supply Chain matters

  • Be an active player in closing potential gaps between allocated and ordered stock

  • Coordinate new product launches to perfection together with Customer Service, Commercial and Brand teams

  • Be the link between the Nordic affiliate and the Regional Supply Planning team to support affiliate execution on available products

  • Update the demand plan by exception in the Execution Horizon

  • Update and share supply chain risk information with key stakeholders

  • Ad hoc supply chain requests related to order optimization

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

  • Relevant experience with Execution Planning, Supply Planning or Demand Planning with focus on short-term execution

  • Educational background within Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar

  • Extensive Supply Chain understanding especially within short-term planning combined with strong business acumen

  • Highly skilled within ERP systems, preferably SAP, O9 solutions and Power BI

  • Very strong Excel skills (handling and presentation of big amount of data) and good IT understanding in general

  • Good English skills (English is our company languages)

  • Fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages is a plus
