Adecco US, Inc. Financial Accounting Manager in Cookeville, Tennessee

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing client in DeKalb County, TN to find a full time Financial Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, AP/AR, tax compliance, and audits.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends and ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and improving financial controls.

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability.

  • Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • Lead and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Associates Required.

  • 5+ years in financial accounting with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

  • Experience with AP/AR and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software.

  • Manufacturing or related industry experience.

  • CPA preferred

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
