Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of production machinery, tools, facilities, and vehicles with minimal supervision. This position ensures that employees operate in a safe and efficient environment, consistently fulfilling customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Execute tasks in alignment with the current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and the company's Code of Conduct.
Utilize hand tools, including those powered by electricity and pneumatics.
Diagnose issues with production machinery, powered industrial trucks, hoists, tools, and company vehicles to identify maintenance and service needs.
Repair and install intricate electrical and mechanical systems, such as hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools, and automated/numerically controlled equipment like programmable logic controllers.
Interpret complex schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals to determine necessary maintenance and repairs.
Fabricate intricate production and facility systems using welding, milling, plumbing, and pipefitting techniques.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as required.
Load, unload, lift, and move parts and equipment in preparation for inspection, maintenance, or service using powered industrial trucks and overhead lifting equipment as needed.
Complete and maintain all related electronic processes and paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping/receiving materials.
Uphold departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
Ability to work with 480V electrical systems
Knowledge of gearboxes
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with welding, milling, plumbing, and pipefitting techniques
Ability to interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and service manuals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
