Allied Universal® is hiring a Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for implementation of the Treasury Management Workstation and Automated Cash Application modules and participate in short and long-term objectives and improve department productivity in all Treasury areas. The Treasury Analyst will manage all aspects of high-level reporting and deliverables essential for Senior Management, Outside Stakeholders and Accounting Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in successful implementation of the Treasury Management Workstation and Automated Cash Application modules
Participate in short and long-term objectives and improve department productivity in all Treasury areas
Document transactions and update ledgers and the financials database
Analyze and interpret financial data
Implement financial policies and procedures; participate in the development of processes and guidance materials
Maintain financial management processes; continuously review for opportunities to improve productivity
Assist in the preparation of regular treasury reports, budgets, and financial documents
Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations
Perform monthly closing duties as outlined in the Close Checklist
Perform monthly an analysis of Bad Debt Write-offs for management approval
Validate all company-wide bank account reconciliations to consolidation reporting tool
Assisting with the following Treasury activities:
Daily Cash Position Reporting to Executive and Senior Management
Cash Forecast
Bank account reconciliations
Bank Account activity journal entries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a high volume in a Finance or Accounting Department
Understanding of the overall banking/business environment and related banking software(s)
Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented
Outstanding oral and written communication skills; strong communication and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
