EPAM Systems Senior AWS Alliances Manager in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Alliances Manager to lead and expand EPAM’s AWS partnership across North America. Responsibilities

  • Develop, sustain, and elevate EPAM’s partnership with AWS in North America, forging strong relationships with senior stakeholders while aligning with the global AWS team and EPAM’s multi-cloud strategy

  • Design, implement, and support the NA go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AWS in collaboration with Cloud SMEs and the marketing team

  • Partner with Business Unit leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and marketers to create actionable growth plans, fueling new pipeline opportunities

  • Work closely with EPAM’s solution experts to develop innovative offerings and accelerate growth at key accounts

  • Achieve and exceed partner program KPIs, ensuring the successful execution of joint business plans, including driving partner-initiated and partner-influenced revenue

  • Curate and spotlight success stories through customer case studies, reinforcing the value of EPAM’s AWS partnership

  • Represent EPAM at AWS and industry-specific events in partnership with sales and marketing teams

  • Manage the partner deal registration process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of criteria and evaluation standards for AWS engagements across the region

  • Collaborate with the NA AWS and global cloud teams to present annual and quarterly plans and results to EPAM’s senior leadership. Organize and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with AWS partners by region

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Alliances, with a focus on the cloud space, specifically AWS

  • Proven track record of at least 7+ years in enterprise technology and the partner/channel ecosystem

  • Demonstrated expertise in a Solution Integration (SI) or partner-driven sales environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities

  • Excel in managing relationships, driving business development, building pipelines, and streamlining processes

  • Fundamental understanding of marketing strategies and business development initiatives within a tech ecosystem

  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and follow-through, a self-starter with strong initiative

  • A “we over me” mindset, fostering collaboration and shared success, essential in managing multiple stakeholders

  • Eager to grow, adapt, and develop professionally in a fast-paced, business-focused environment

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000.
