Description We are on the lookout for a Communication Specialist in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry, based in CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania. This role offers a short-term contract and entails managing internal corporate communications and supporting various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement internal corporate communications campaigns to ensure smooth information flow within the organization

• Collaborate with IT and other teams on corporate-wide projects to achieve desired outcomes

• Handle daily tactical work and communications efficiently, aligning with the overall corporate strategy

• Develop and edit internal communications pieces to disseminate crucial information to employees

• Prioritize tasks effectively, juggling multiple projects without compromising on quality or deadlines

• Utilize skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Instagram, LinkedIn, Brand Awareness, Brochures, Campaign Planning, Design, Digital, Thought Leadership, Executive Meetings, and Executive Presentations to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry

• Proven expertise in utilizing Database and EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook Insights, Instagram, LinkedIn for business purposes

• Demonstrated experience in increasing Brand Awareness

• Ability to create effective marketing materials such as Brochures

• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution

• Proficiency in Design and Digital marketing strategies

• Proven track record of Thought Leadership

• Experience in organizing and managing Executive Meetings and Executive Presentations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
