Position Summary :
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information and include, but are not limited to: composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents and reports; maintaining staffing needs; upkeep of associate files; constant communication with the Hiring Center; managing hire and term electronic access; maintain internal records on a constant basis; ability to prioritize tasks; flexibility and willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Must have the ability to interact with the management team, employees, and clients
Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities
Ability to exercise discretion
Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to be flexible and adjust to business needs
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent organizational skills
Must be proficient with Workday, Microsoft Windows, the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook), and Internet Explorer
Previous administrative experience preferred
Willingness to cross-train and perform additional functions as needed
Demonstrated ability to work at a highly motivated pace
Previous administrative experience
Ability to work in strict confidence
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; occasional bending, reaching, and stooping; and frequent walking, standing, and pulling.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
