Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Driver to join our team! The driver is responsible for transporting residents and/or pharmacy order using vehicles provided by management . Responsibilities:
May provide transportation on a selected basis to miscellaneous activities.
Responsible for transporting pharmacy order.
Observes and follows all safety rules and regulations. Observes and reports safety hazards in a timely manner. Uses facility provided safety equipment as required.
Observes and promotes resident’s rights at all times. Serves as a resident advocate.
May run errands or handle incoming and outgoing mail or freight as directed by the Transportation Supervisor or Administrator.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven satisfactory demonstration of a valid driver license with safe driving record.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, resident, ve ndors, volunteers, and the public, in person and via the telephone
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and squat repetitively.
