Oracle Healthcare Solution Architect in Concord, New Hampshire
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Consultation : Provide expert guidance on healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our solutions meet industry standards and deliver optimal results.
Project Leadership : Lead and collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects focused on improving patient care, healthcare technology integration, and healthcare delivery processes.
Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (clinicians, healthcare providers, payers) to gather insights and ensure our products meet user needs.
Research & Analysis : Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry. Conduct research and analysis to inform product development and business strategies.
Strategic Insights : Assist in the development of strategic roadmaps and help shape the long-term vision for healthcare-related initiatives within the organization.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects and solutions comply with relevant healthcare laws, such as HIPAA, FDA regulations, and other healthcare standards.
Training & Support : Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders, helping them understand the healthcare landscape and its impact on business solutions.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Clinical Research, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is a plus.
Experience : 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on healthcare technology, clinical operations, health IT, or healthcare management.
Expertise : Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technologies such as EHR, AI in healthcare, and data analytics.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day project details.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GDPR) and their implications on technology solutions.
Certifications : Certification in Healthcare IT, Health Informatics, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with digital health solutions, or AI-based healthcare products.
Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity issues in the healthcare domain.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to drive healthcare innovation.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
