Dartmouth Health Concord is currently seeking a Family Medicine APRN or PA to work with our team to manage the health and wellness of our patients. You will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues, as well as other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice. 2+ years of primary care provider experience is preferred.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord is a multispecialty clinic with a large, comprehensive Primary Care team and other specialty services onsite, including Allergy and Immunology, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Laboratory Services, Neurology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Podiatry, Radiology, Rheumatology, and Surgery

Qualifications

Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.

  • NCCPA certification or board certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of New Hampshire.

  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.

  • Area of Interest:Associate Provider

  • FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week
