We are on the lookout for a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry standards such as IPC and IATF.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with our Product Quality Engineer to drive product compliance and quality improvements.

  • Train and guide the manufacturing team on quality standards and customer requirements.

  • Conduct thorough internal and Out-of-Box audits to uphold quality procedures.

  • Swiftly address and resolve production and product-related quality issues.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to tackle quality concerns.

  • Maintain and manage equipment calibration schedules and records.

  • Document quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and develop corrective actions.

  • Train production operators to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Ensure quality control protocols are followed throughout the production process.

  • Coordinate quality inspections and process checklists with departmental managers.

  • Regularly collect, update, and report quality metrics.

  • Provide comprehensive quality support across the manufacturing floor.

  • Collaborate with the global QA team to align local processes with international standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with IPC, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.

  • Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing quality control procedures.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
