We are on the lookout for a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry standards such as IPC and IATF.
What You'll Do:
Partner with our Product Quality Engineer to drive product compliance and quality improvements.
Train and guide the manufacturing team on quality standards and customer requirements.
Conduct thorough internal and Out-of-Box audits to uphold quality procedures.
Swiftly address and resolve production and product-related quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to tackle quality concerns.
Maintain and manage equipment calibration schedules and records.
Document quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and develop corrective actions.
Train production operators to ensure consistent product quality.
Ensure quality control protocols are followed throughout the production process.
Coordinate quality inspections and process checklists with departmental managers.
Regularly collect, update, and report quality metrics.
Provide comprehensive quality support across the manufacturing floor.
Collaborate with the global QA team to align local processes with international standards.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with IPC, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing quality control procedures.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
