Bay Area Community Resources Program Coordinator in Concord, California
We are seeking a committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities. Lead an innovative and creative team that impacts the community, makes the world a better place, and be part of change.
Benefits:
Pay rate: $28.00 per hour
Full Time - 40 hours/week
16 Paid BACR holidays
Approximately 9 weeks off per year (winter, spring and summer breaks and holidays)

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years experience in a K-12 setting, or other youth lead program
1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
Available Monday through Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm
Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
Preferred:
Commitment to a full school year minimum
Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision and safety of the program at the school site
Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance
Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus and your team
Coaching and mentoring of staff
