Description In need of a Billing Clerk to join a team in the Service field, Robert Half is looking for someone who can be described as organized and diligent. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk opportunity is with an organization in the Service industry and is based in the Concord, California area. In this Billing Clerk position, you will review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. How you will make an impact
Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Establish financial controls and procedures Requirements - Solid understanding of billing
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Account reconciliation experience
Strong familiarity with customer service
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Highly-qualified in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
