Janssen- Cilag S.A, number 1 Company in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector is currently looking for a Business Support Services team Intern to join the Business Support Services Team in Madrid. We are a team of professionals analyst with a special focus on business partnering, support of Commercial Business Units and technical capabilities.
Starting date: April 2024
Note: This is an internship position with a duration of one year

The Business Support Services team Intern will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others:
Provide support to the Business Support Services team in various data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
Coordinate with our materials warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of requested materials. Proactively address any issues or incidents related to material deliveries. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Procurement and Vendor Data Management. Assist in the management of procurement processes, including purchase orders.
Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities
Support on ongoing projects and connect with stakeholders inside and outside Janssen Spain
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:
University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar
High Level of English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team-player and collaborative working style.
Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.
Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis
Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.
