Rural Resources Community Action Landlord Liaison Case Manager in Colville, Washington
Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Landlord Liaison Case Manager. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) non-exempt position located at our Colville, WA office.
At RRCA, we are dedicated to assisting people and communities in developing the skills, resources, and services necessary to improve their general welfare and we need a Landlord Liaison Case Manager who shares that passion.
In this key role, you would be responsible for:
- Leading emergency housing efforts to effectively work with new and existing landlords and owners with the goal of expanding the number of units available to households receiving emergency rental assistance.
- Identifying permanent housing units in the rental market throughout Stevens County.

``` - Developing partnerships with landlords to overcome barriers that prevent eligible households from obtaining permanent housing.
Providing intake and case management to clients at our emergency shelter programs to begin building repour with clients who are eligible for rapid rehousing assistance.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human/social services or related field and two years relevant experience either paid or as a volunteer
OR
Any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
Salary Information
Our Landlord Liaison Case Manager position is offered at $21.65 to $23.42 per hour. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications. Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase.
*The full salary range for this position is $21.65 to $36.06 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. *
