BB OAK CREEK RANCH LLC Maintenance Technician in COLUMBUS, Texas

A full-time Maintenance Technician is needed to keep the ranch facility presentable and operating properly for the members and guests. Maintaining the large quantity of A/C units that we have on property is a big part of this position, so only HVAC experienced candidates should apply. Reports to Building Maintenance Manager.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve them efficiently.
Conducts inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Perform a variety of tasks that may include plumbing, electrical work, minor
carpentry, painting, and other repairs.
Ensure the details are kept up: filters, lightbulbs, sinks and toilets operating.
Troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause of problems to be fixed.
Collaborate with team members to complete work on time.
Assist manager with projects, as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in Safety Team meetings.
Work may be performed in small and cramped spaces.
The ability to report to work on time and to fulfill the job requirements for
the entire shift.
Able to interact productively and cordially with co-workers.
Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures and
follow all safety rules.
Receive constructive criticism in a professional manner.
Perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
