As part of the Enterprise Compliance Programs team Senior Director Enterprise Compliance Programs & Strategy ("Senior Director") will work collaboratively with enterprise and business unit compliance leadership to develop, enhance, and execute key compliance programs to be responsive to the evolving risk landscape impacting McKesson's business units. S/He will report directly to McKesson's Vice President, Enterprise Compliance & Ethics ("VP") within McKesson's General Counsel Organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategically designing and leading compliance policy governance, training, and communications for a healthcare provider, healthcare technology and/or a life sciences company that is consistent with key regulatory guidelines and expectations. Executive-level presence with the communication and organizational skills to influence organizational leaders on prudent courses of action. A proven track record of successfully operating across diverse business units, motivating change and influencing stakeholders to develop policies and enhance awareness of key compliance risks. Key Responsibilities A Tech Enabler - Leverages technology to optimize Enterprise Compliance Program performance in the areas of policy governance, training, communications, and cultural influence. A Pro Collaborator - Partners with Enterprise and Business Unit Compliance leaders on compliance program design, development, and implementation. A Dynamic Director - Builds, motivates, and develops a diverse team of compliance and ethics professionals to maximize positive organizational impact and individual growth. A Policy Governance Guru - Strategically enhances and leads the enterprise compliance policy governance program to provide practical risk-driven guidance to the organization. Designs a framework for efficient compliance policy development and approval Develops tools and resources to empower organizational policy development to appropriately address regulatory risk Identifies communication and education needs associated with compliance policy implementation A Culture Cultivator - Uses internal and external risk insights to drive Compliance & Ethics training and communication efforts to foster a Speak Up culture throughout the organization Works with fellow Enterprise and Business Unit Compliance leaders to proactively identify and address training and communication needs within all areas of the organization Identifies business insights to measure success of culture cultivation efforts and adapts programmatic efforts to be responsive to those insights Critical Skills Proven leadership ability to identify and develop talent. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to make critical decisions and drive progress.
