Description

Serve as the SME in data flow between on-premise and cloud-based applications. Work with functional partners and business team to identify technical solutions for complex problems. Maintain status of existing integrations by monitoring errors, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes or precautionary enhancements. Assist in the technical evaluation, design, integration, implementation and support of projects. Participate in the gathering of functional requirements and creation of technical documentation. Participate in Code-Reviews. Provide Steady State support to existing production environment; responding to customer requests to answer questions and resolve issues. Participate in On-Call rotation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 5 years’ experience including 2 years’ experience with SDLC, Requirements Engineering, Functional Design, Technical Design, Technical Development, Testing and Technical Support; 2 years’ experience with Kronos Interface Designer; 2 years’ experience with Kronos Clock (Device) Configurations; 2 years’ experience with SQL Server Reporting Services; 2 years experience’ with Oracle PL/SQL. Telecommuting option – employee may live anywhere in the United States.
