Humana Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional in Columbus, Ohio

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Organizational Effectiveness Professional to lead and scale leadership development initiatives across the MarketPoint organization. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training experiences that strengthen people leadership capabilities in high-volume, performance-driven environments. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR teams—translating business needs into practical, data-informed development solutions. You’ll also own the full operational lifecycle of your initiatives, including content development, facilitation, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Development: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of leadership training programs that support skill-building in frontline and mid-level leaders across multiple business unites.

Consultation & Needs Assessment: Partner with business and HR leaders to assess capability gaps, define development priorities, and align learning solutions to performance outcomes.

Instructional Design & Delivery: Build high-quality learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles, and confidently facilitate in-person and virtual training for diverse leader audiences.

Project Ownership: Independently manage multiple initiatives with full accountability for timelines, resources, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery.

Logistics & Execution: Oversee all logistics associated with learning programs—including scheduling, technology setup, communications, materials, participant tracking, and post-program follow-up.

Virtual Facilitation Expertise: Leverage platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Webex to deliver dynamic and interactive virtual sessions, including managing breakout rooms, polls, and collaborative tools.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Develop measurement strategies, analyze feedback and business impact, and iterate programs to maximize effectiveness and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Enablement, CX, HR, and senior leaders to ensure development efforts are aligned with organizational goals and culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPTD, Prosci, coaching credentials) preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development, or Leadership Development, with a strong focus on customer-facing functions

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programs that drive business impact in sales, service, or support settings

  • Exceptional facilitation skills across virtual and in-person formats, with executive presence and cultural awareness

  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience leading enterprise-wide or high-visibility initiatives

  • Hands-on experience managing training logistics, program operations, and learning tech tools (e.g., LMS, scheduling platforms, collaboration tools)

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and communicate learning impact

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across all levels of the organization

  • Comfort with AI and digital learning tools—experience with adaptive learning, coaching platforms, or content personalization is a plus

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
