Position Summary The Senior Business Process Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing our organizational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive sustainable change throughout Supply Chain, partnering with lines of business as appropriate to strengthen governance and control over inventory. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for leading process improvement initiatives driven by data. This role resides within the Supply Chain Category Analytics and Demand Planning organization and as such will also require performing activities related to ongoing inventory health initiatives for the foreseeable future. Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and define future state objectives Conduct comprehensive process analyses leveraging Lean principles to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to strengthen inventory governance and control Develop and implement innovative process improvement solutions Utilize data-driven approaches to measure process performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for optimization Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects, providing guidance, support, and expertise Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to promote a culture of continuous improvement and empower employees to drive change Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, gather feedback from stakeholders, and adjust as necessary to ensure sustained benefits Lead various inventory health initiatives and support lines of business in their efforts to rebalance material inventory levels Required/Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree 3+ years related work experience In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 3+ year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 5+ year(s) related work experience Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related degree In addition to desired degree, 5 years related work experience 3 + years of work experience with 1+ years in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results on time Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization A passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence Relationship management skills Planning, scheduling, and meeting facilitation skills Familiarity w/ Microsoft Power BI from a user perspective Proficiency with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Visio, MicrosoftPlanner) Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles Knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals Knowledge of Change Management fundamentals (e.g., Prosci) Knowledge of electric utility Transmission and Distribution organization models Working Conditions
