Huntington National Bank Regional Credit Admin Manager - Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio

Summary:

The Regional Credit Admin Manager is engaged in the credit approval, administration, and review activities for The Huntington National Bank’s Private Banking and National Settlements (Litigation Lending) business lines. This is an on-site or hybrid role that will be located within the Huntington footprint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review analysis and underwriting for timely approval/disapproval credit requests

  • Be actively engaged in the selection, preview, underwriting and approval process for new and existing relationships

  • Manage credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with Private Banking and National Settlements officers

  • Establish, implement, and manage administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio

  • Provide information, guidance and direction regarding credit policy, credit goals and current credit issues to commercial officers

  • Identifies potential problem credits and works with line of business to restructure credits and/or minimize risk for loss

  • Promote a culture that results in moderate to low risk profile for the portfolio

  • Participates as a member of the Private Banking and National Settlements Leadership Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years credit approval or portfolio management experience preferably with experience in analyzing complex tax returns and financial statements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business, or Accounting

Compensation Range:

$125,000.00 - $255,000.00 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
