1 Procure to Pay (P2P) Systems Administrator Columbus, OH/Remote Status: Full Time Job Category: Operations: Systems & Analytics Relevant Work Experience: AS and/or 3-5 years relative experience JOB SUMMARY The P2P Systems Administrator is responsible for aligning and maintaining a P2P solution to support OTC's Global Operations goals and objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the P2P solution through implementation, analytics and ensuring that Operations initiatives are being met. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The P2P Systems Administrator will partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable and key Business Stakeholders to understand key requirements to determine and propose a solution that will improve the organization's operations. The P2P Systems Administrator will interact with commodity managers, segment resources, IT staff, and end-users in the execution of his/her duties and responsibilities: Support efforts within key business stakeholders to design and implement best practice end-to-end P2P processes (strategic sourcing, purchasing, operations, and accounts payable); Assist the client onboarding process, working with a cross-functional team including clients, sales, national account managers, system technical owners, and vendors; Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors as discovered; Assist with user training and orientation of the selected software; Collect, document, and prioritize system capability enhancements on an ongoing basis to ensure we continue to meet client expectation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A minimum of an Associate's degree in business or technical field and/or 3-5 years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, operations, finance or supply chain related role; Prior experience with P2P/eProcurement systems; Advance proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create formula-based spreadsheets, sort and pivot data from multiple systems; Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint; Experience in utilizing Project Management methodologies to manage and execute projects; Extremely organized with excellent follow up; Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and desire for continuous knowledge; Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and cost management focus; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; Proficient in ERP systems and report writing software.
