ManpowerGroup Infrastructure Engineer Sr/Executive IT Support in Columbus, Ohio
Our client, in the utility industry, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer Sr / Executive IT Support
Location: This is an on-site position 5 days a week at our corporate HQ in Columbus
What's the Job?
This position will be primarily executive IT support.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
Experience supporting executives in person highly desired
Solid technology foundation supporting PCs, mobile devices and common applications
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Thorough knowledge of infrastructure, environment, components, and facilities.
Proficiency in analysis, design, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
