What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting core HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure accuracy and consistency in all HR processes. You will maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Through clear communication and collaboration with team members across various locations, you will deliver exceptional support to employees and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR team. Your Responsibilities Group Assistance: * Support new hire onboarding process. * Manage the company intranet and other internal platforms as needed. * Conduct and analyze new hire and exit interviews. * Coordinate and schedule corporate events for employees and managers. * Process purchase orders and code invoices. * Assist with gathering documentation for Michigan New Jobs Training Grant Program reimbursements. Benefits Administration: * Assist employees with benefit enrollments and eligibility. * Assist with open enrollment (setup, communication, education). * Serve as liaison with third-party vendors and insurance providers for issue resolution. * Liaison between employees and insurance providers for issue resolution. * Human Resources Compliance & Reporting (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and Section 125). * Support preparation of staff updates and termination reports as required. Planning and Implementation: * Assist with coordination of Employee Wellness and Events Committee initiatives. * Provide logistical support for hiring workshops, career fairs, and recruitment. * Assist with managing employee performance management process in UKG for assigned regional offices. General Human Resources: * Provide general HR administrative support (correspondence, records, files, HCM data entry). * Assist with the creation and development of HR standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Address general employee HR questions and requests. * Handle HR help desk inquiries (email, phone, in-person) promptly and courteously. * Serve as the HR contact for regional offices. * Travel to regional offices as required. Requirements * Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources or office support role. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint. * Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed with a proactive approach to work. * Excellent interpersonal skill Apply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjY4NDIzLjEwNTA4QG9obWFkdmlzb3JzY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
