Key Responsibilities - Employee Relations Management: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. - Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support business growth and employee satisfaction. - Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, and career development. - Policy Development: Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards. - Training and Development: Identify training needs and participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. - Organizational Development: Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
